The called NUA is unknown or has been configured incorrectly. | Reconfigure either the calling application or the called application with the correct NUA. | |
An outgoing call is made (i.e. a Call Request packet is sent), but there is no response (i.e. no Call Connected or Clear Indication packet is received). Eventually the call times out. | The channel assignments (LCNs) are incorrect. | Find out what the channel assignments are supposed to be, and use the configuration program to correct them. |
